Feedback and Complaints

We always welcome feedback in order to offer our customers the best possible service. If you are unhappy with anything, then please do contact us via the form on this page. Please provide as much detail as possible.

Goodbody will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide you with a full response within 14 days.

If we are unable to respond in this timeframe and escalation is required, you will be notified. If more time is required, you will be notified in writing by letter or email, providing adequate reasoning for the delay. This will be accompanied with a realistic timeframe of when you will receive your final response.

Should you remain dissatisfied with our response, please contact us again so we can arrange for the resolution and your concerns to be reviewed once more. We will notify you in writing by letter or email, advising this second stage review can take up to another 14 working days.

If you are still not satisfied with our response, details on next steps will be provided so you may seek assistance from Independent External Adjudication services.
